Good Duchesse de Bruges design, bobbin-made billings. Whitework monogram on cloth.
Actually, there's a fairly similar piece T14561, in the collection of the Museum of Applied Arts (MAK) in Vienna, Austria, which is attributed to Austria, after 1910.
